At LFH, we firmly believe that creating a gender-inclusive workplace isn’t just the right thing to do; it’s absolutely essential for creating a diverse and vibrant environment where everyone can thrive. Dozens of studies and decades of research have demonstrated that diverse teams, especially those embracing gender diversity, drive innovation and productivity like no other.
Our journey towards creating an inclusive culture has been both intentional and heartfelt. Led by our Managing Director, Laura-Fried Hirst, who herself is a proud member of the LGBTQ community, LFH has been wholeheartedly dedicated to championing diversity and inclusion in everything we do since our launch in 2019. From our flexible working policies to our leadership appointments, we strive to ensure that everyone, irrespective of gender or identity, feels valued, respected and empowered to succeed.
The Gender Inclusive Employer Award, presented by FemTech World in collaboration with Wellbeing of Women, shines a spotlight on organisations dedicated to promoting gender equality in the workplace. We were incredibly honoured to stand alongside 3 other phenomenal shortlisted companies, all working towards this same important goal.
To clinch the win has been an amazing recognition of our efforts – a heartfelt thank you goes out to our exceptional team for making it possible!

We are so pleased to share that LFH was recently recognised as a finalist for the prestigious The Bizx UK’s Biggest Business Event, Awards & Forum for Best Personal Growth. Being a finalist is a noteworthy accomplishment, reflecting the hard work and dedication of our entire team, not to mention the fantastic Bill-Squires Business Coaching.
The awards night, held on [20 April], was a great opportunity to reflect on our accomplishments and share a memorable evening with fantastic company.
