Chloe Johnson – Junior QA/RA Consultant
What attracted you to join LFH Regulatory? I was drawn to LFH Regulatory by its dynamic involvement with leading manufacturers at the forefront of health tech innovation. I was particularly excited to work on a range of emerging software technologies and cutting edge products that improve patient care.
Tell us about your role and what you’ll be working on: As a Junior QA/RA Consultant, I’ll be focused on preparing and maintaining technical file documentation and implementing robust quality management systems for our clients. I’ll also help clients navigate the regulatory landscape, providing guidance on regulatory questions, submissions, and post market compliance.
What are you most excited about in your new role? I’m particularly excited to work with clients developing clinical software tools. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to deepen my skills in software regulation and quality assurance, as I support innovative health tech products that aid clinical decisions.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I’m very active and love spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking in the mountains or practicing yoga.
Fun fact: In the summer of 2019 I walked the Camino del Norte, an 800 km route across northern Spain – walking along rugged coastal cliffs, through picturesque villages, and forested hills over several weeks.
Lucy Curtis – Business Administrator
What attracted you to join LFH Regulatory? Having come from a quality role within a medical device company, I’m passionate about all things medical. I enjoy helping people, so LFH’s mix of regulatory, administrative, and healthcare support felt like the perfect fit.
Tell us about your role and what you’ll be working on: As Business Administrator, I help ensure the business runs smoothly from an administrative standpoint, handling company branding, data collation, travel, and event coordination. With a full calendar of events ahead, I’ll be helping bring them to life
What are you most excited about in your new role? I’m excited to learn from my colleagues and get involved in new projects.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I love spending time with friends and family. I’ve been horse riding for years, and I also enjoy music, gaming, and being by the sea.
Sarah Pavitt – Principal Consultant
What attracted you to join LFH Regulatory? An opportunity to join a dynamic and growing regulatory consultancy, delivering tailored services to start ups and established medical device manufacturers. LFH stands out for its inclusive, supportive working environment and high visibility within the medical device sector.
Tell us about your role and what you’ll be working on: As Principal Consultant, I support new and existing clients across their medical device regulatory journeys—creating technical documentation and quality management systems for market entry or maintaining compliance. I work across a diverse portfolio, including electromechanical and software based devices (Class I–III MD, Class A–D IVD), and deliver tailored training for our team.
What are you most excited about in your new role? I’m excited to focus on creating and maintaining the regulatory documentation our clients need to place devices on the market. Helping products that improve or save lives is hugely motivating, and I can’t wait to expand my industry knowledge alongside clients and colleagues.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I enjoy being outdoors – gardening and managing our 4.5 acres of land in peaceful West Wales. I also love exploring the Welsh coast, mountains, and countryside with family and friends.
Fun fact: I taught myself to crochet during lockdown, and now our home’s filled with my creations from blankets and cushions to bathmats, chair socks, and even jumpers!
