This week, we had the pleasure of sitting down with Dr. Yupei Xiao, our Clinical and Regulatory Consultant, who is celebrating her second year at LFH. Join us as Dr. Xiao shares her experiences and insights.
How long have you been with the company?
Just over 2 years! It’s been an exciting journey so far, being part of LFH Regulatory’s dynamic team.
Can you give us a glimpse into what your day-to-day responsibilities entail?
Absolutely! My days revolve around two main areas: Firstly, I focus on conducting Performance Evaluations for our clients’ projects, which covers both developmental and mature products, preparing them for IVDR submissions. Secondly, I manage our clients’ Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) projects, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
What do you enjoy most about being part of the LFH Regulatory team?
What I love most is the diversity of projects I get to dive into. Every day presents a new challenge or opportunity, and knowing I have such strong team support behind me makes each task feel not only manageable but also rewarding.
What are some of the challenges you face in your role?
One of the biggest challenges of my role is the unpredictability of project timelines. Sometimes, we receive urgent projects that require immediate attention and quick turnaround. Staying agile and flexible is key, and it keeps things interesting!
What are some of your proudest moments so far?
One of the moments that stands out is getting a note of appreciation from a client – it showed me that our hard work here at LFH Regulatory isn’t just noticed, but genuinely appreciated. Also, being able to jump in and solve problems quickly for our clients. It’s these little wins that remind me why I love what I do and the awesome team I get to do it with!
